Normally I would be here to provide snarky recaps of the Idol results show and Survivor, but I am in DC for a few days and last night was the Book Tour party and it was awesome and a total shitshow. So I’m just here to say that on Idol, Garrett and Colton went home for the men, which I totally predicted even though I would’ve preferred to see Danny take a hike over Colton. On the women’s side, Joanne and Amy went home. Amy you could see coming a mile away, but Joanne actually surprised me. She didn’t sing great, but she was nowhere NEAR the worst of the bunch. I can’t believe the 4 indistinguishable blondes all garnered enough votes to stay.
Over on Survivor, my favorite Survivor EVER is gone. Yau-Man got evicted by the gross snuggly couples and Cirie and I am frankly SHOCKED at her. She should be aligning with the Cool Alliance of Love to get Parvati out. Dumb woman.
