Las Vegas: Saturday

Saturday came bright n early (each day seemed a little brighter and a little earlier…and not in a good way) and you know the drill. I headed for the sportsbook to hang with my boys and watch some bball. I didn’t actually get to watch very much because the games started at 11 and I had to be on the monorail by 2 pm with my girls because we were off to…STRIPPER 101 CLASS.

We headed for the V Theatre in Planet Hollywood, where two beautiful exotic dancers took the group of us back to a dimly-lit room that had 10 poles (brightly-lit in rotating neon colors) from ceiling to floor. We then spent 90 minutes learning how to give a real lapdance and do moves on the pole. It was amazing and so much fun.

3 Bachlorettes on a pole!

Afterwards, we headed home and had an hour (ONE HOUR) for 13 girls to get ready to go out to dinner and a club. And we all made it. It was really some kind of miracle from on-high. What we didn’t know is that two of the bachelorettes (yes, the bachlorettes! What were they doing planning this?) had ordered us a limo. ANd not just a limo, but a hummer stretch limo for the ride to the restaurant. That was awesome.

Dinner was great, little Mexican joint called “Pink Taco.” Heh. And then we hit the casino for a bit, where my friend Diana and I met 3 nice bachelor-party guys at the blackjack table. They took us in the club, where they had a booth and bottle service, to which they invited all the lovely bachelorette-party girls. We then found another bachelor party of Canadians nearby, who also had bottle service, and we were also invited to join them. So we had a fabulous time.

The nice part about hooking a bachelorette party with two bachelor parties is that the single people found each other and the attached people were generally safe. It was nice.
