They Always Come in 3s, Don’t They?

First there was Tim Russert. Then George Carlin. Both deaths tragic losses for the American People.

But then there was this. He went to the Big Grand Prize Game in the Sky.

And this. The Big Bible Tent Revival in the Sky?

Since the bad things always come in threes (and they always do), does this mean we had 3 and now we have 3 more, staring with Senator Helms? ….who’s next?

Honestly, I was sadder about Larry Harmon’s death than Helms’. Now that Jesse’s dead, there’s one less racist, sanctimonious, self-righteous prick in the world.

When I was little I asked for a seltzer bottle just like Bozo’s for every birthday and Christmas but never got one. Every time he blasted someone in the face I needed one even more. Never got one. Thanks for the traumatic memories.
